ACTIVITY PAGE

Free body training in group in Piedmont: during the lessons we will do several free body exercises, especially for the lower body part, interrupted by breaks and followed by static stretching exercises at the end of the lesson.

Lessons last about 60 minutes. We recommend you to wear sports clothing and trainers. Possibly bring with you a beach towel to lie down comfortably on the ground during the stretching or simply to sit during the recovery between the exercises.
