The Iyengar Yoga basic course offers the study of Asanas according to the principles of the b.k.s. Iyengar master that studied and revisited all the asana, finalizing the body-mind alignment, the rooting at the ground in the positions and the capacity to keep time in every asana, entering a form of meditation during the asana practice with more awareness.
Every session begins with the invocation to Patanjali and the detailed studying of standing and seated positions. The session finishes with relaxing positions.
