Food Education aimed at Remise en Forme: weekly group meetings, aimed at obtaining best results within a group.

They require commitment, but they offer lasting results because they affect our habits, using techniques that allow us to become the people we want to be, inside and outside, in addition to losing weight.

We work together on the idea we have of ourselves, on the type of thoughts we make, on the valorisation of our talents, on our unhelpful habits, on the importance of doing physical activity and purifying the body, on how to choose food, the way we feel and, above all, the way we would like to feel.

The first level is made up of 12 meetings.

So we’re going to touch to the basic areas: physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

The walk will take place outdoor, in a park or in the countryside.

You walk and meanwhile the coaching takes place.

Participants must be 2, maximum 3, because  our approach is tailored on each participant.

Description
Wellness Walking is a discipline that joins healthy eating, body movement through the walk and an appropriate mind attitude.

The lessons of Wellness Walking take place in three phases: motor start, sports walk and stretching.

During and after the walk, depending on the season and on the number of participants, we address complementary themes: food education and lifestyle.
