Wellness Coaching is an activity designed for those who want to improve some aspects of their life: losing weight, transitioning work, improving sentimental life, improving relationships with oneself, finding balance and serenity, improving their nutrition, find again their vitality...

So we’re going to touch to the basic areas: physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

The walk will take place outdoor, in a park or in the countryside.

You walk and meanwhile the coaching takes place.

Participants must be 2, maximum 3, because  our approach is tailored on each participant.
