The first level is made up of 12 meetings.
So we’re going to touch to the basic areas: physical, emotional, and mental well-being.The walk will take place outdoor, in a park or in the countryside.
You walk and meanwhile the coaching takes place.Participants must be 2, maximum 3, because our approach is tailored on each participant.
The lessons of Wellness Walking take place in three phases: motor start, sports walk and stretching.During and after the walk, depending on the season and on the number of participants, we address complementary themes: food education and lifestyle.
