I hold courses about bread-making with sourdough, finger-food, "do-it-yourself" recipes, and I deal as well with proper nutrition and food awareness. I really like cooking and because I am also a nutritionist I deal with food at 360° degrees in a scientifically qualified way, too.

We will teach you how to recognize herbs, we will explain their properties and how you can use them in your cuisine dishes. Sergio Merlino, vinegar master and expert in herbs, will show you about twenty different herbs, collected in the lawn around his Bed&Breakfast.
Thanks to my passion for bread-making with sourdough and homemade cheese, I will show you how many good things we can do with herbs. I will teach you how to prepare a delicious cheese that we will taste together.
At the end of the course we will taste together a dinner prepared using all the herbs and the delicious vinegars, and you will take at home a piece of sourdough that will have no secrets for you anymore.
