I explored several aspects of knowledge, deepening Yoga Hatha, Traditional Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra, various aspects of meditation and holistic disciplines (Reiki, Pranic Healing, Ayurvedic Massage, familiar constellations) for the integration of body and mind. Graduated at the Institute for the study of Yoga and eastern culture, under the patronage of the University of Turin, I approached to this discipline in 1996 attending advanced courses with several western teachers and the Indian Master T.K. Sribhashyam, son of Sri T. Krishamacharya, the big master and founder of many types of modern yoga. Registered at the Isyco Register and National Teacher Register, I teach in courses for instructors in Alba.

You can approach to yoga to keep fit, to be more resistant to disease and stress, to reduce and postpone the wearing action of time on the body and on the mind, to increase the creativity, the attention, the concentration, the balance, the stability, the intellectual faculties, the athletic performances or to develop a deeper level of awareness, with a greater ability to relax, a clearer contact with the subtle energies.

In practice yoga every posture acts on the strengthening of the body, muscles, organ and physiological function, developing strength, agility and balance in harmonic and global way. A particular attention is placed on the improvement of the vertebral column and on the liberation of breath.
