I work on care of well-being with shiatsu and applied kinesiology sessions, both in my facility and at my customers' homes. I teach Hata Yoga (Iyengar) to groups in Il Pandava, Center Michel Rua, I study Osteoyoga in Turin and I offer individual lessons in the office and at home. Individual lessons (personal trainer): postural and slimming at the Athletic Center or at home.

Description

The Iyengar Yoga basic course offers the study of Asanas according to the principles of the b.k.s. Iyengar master that studied and revisited all the asana, finalizing the body-mind alignment, the rooting at the ground in the positions and the capacity to keep time in every asana, entering a form of meditation during the asana practice with more awareness.

Every session begins with the invocation to Patanjali and the detailed studying of standing and seated positions. The session finishes with relaxing positions.

Ohashiatsu
Description

The Ohashiatsu session helps to balance the energy and the well-being through stretching and a delicate touch practised on the body. The benefits are:

- relief of the most common physical symptoms, of stress such as fatigue, articular pains, muscle tension, anxiety and headache;

- deep relax and a more complete connection between body, mind and spirit;

- greater self-awareness, interior peace and harmony;

- increased capacity to perceive and balance the own energy;

- improve the management of own healthy and well-being.

It is advisable not to consume solid food or alcohol and drinks with caffeine for some hours before the session.
