Every session begins with the invocation to Patanjali and the detailed studying of standing and seated positions. The session finishes with relaxing positions.

The Ohashiatsu session helps to balance the energy and the well-being through stretching and a delicate touch practised on the body. The benefits are:

It is advisable not to consume solid food or alcohol and drinks with caffeine for some hours before the session.
