Wellness Walking: the art of finding your own balance through the walking, the healthy nutrition and a good mental attitude.

A project that is based on three fundamental pillars of Wellness Walking: fitness, nutrition and awareness.

During the courses, in addition to walking activity, the focus is on several topics: food education, lifestyle, energetic balance, self-esteem and awareness.

You can reach many goals with Wellness Walking:
